Get to Know Our Doulas

Hi! I'm Nadine

I'm a birth and postpartum doula in the Utah County, Salt Lake County, and Juab County areas.

Growing up, I felt drawn to all things birth and motherhood, but getting into birthwork was not something I always knew I would do. I like to think that it was through divine intervention that I became a doula. After seeing a doula training advertised, I immediately signed up without knowing fully what a doula was. Since then I have found an immense passion and love for birthwork.

Shortly after becoming a doula in early 2021, I began taking my own clients. I also started working as a birth assistant for a local midwife and offering postpartum care. After going through my own home birth and motherhood journey, my passion grew greatly.

Having my own personal postpartum struggles I have found profound joy in postpartum work. I believe that postpartum is just as intimate as birth, and I feel so grateful for the women that allow me into their space. I am also passionate about lactation and prenatal/postpartum nutrition.

I believe in the immense strength that women inherently hold. Women & birth are powerful . A sacred, spiritual experience that transform women to be the mothers we are meant to be. My goal is to help you and your partner feel confident and empowered, supported and loved, and cheered on with every step. I deeply trust your body in its ability to birth.

I will hold space for your journey & help you navigate it with confidence.

When I’m not supporting mothers, I love to move my body in nature, nourish my family through warm meals and satisfy my creative brain by crocheting and painting. I also love to read any and every book pertaining to birth. I love learning about holistic ways of life and am always trying to implement them in my own life. My love language is quality time and as such I make it a priority to be with my family as much as possible. Ensuring my cup is full helps me serve mothers the way they deserve.

I am passionate about holding mothers through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Excited to meet you!

What I'll Bring to Your Birth Journey

I am an intuitive, positive, non-judgemental woman with a deep sense of empathy to help you along your birth journey.

I believe that postpartum is just as intimate as birth. Supporting mothers & families through the postpartum period is something I hold so dear to my heart.

I hold mothers, not just the baby. The mother who carried a brand new life for 9 months & freshly brought them into this world. The mother who is healing, still bleeding and sacrificed her entire self. The powerful, brave & fearless mother. Mothers deserve to be comforted & cared for and that is exactly what I want to do.

“Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers- strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength.
