I'm a birth doula serving families in Salt Lake county, Utah County and Park City.
My passion for birth work has been blossoming since childhood, fueled by an innate fascination with pregnancy, postpartum journeys, and the incredible process of bringing life into the world. However, it wasn’t until my second pregnancy that I truly discovered what a doula was and how transformative their support could be. That experience ignited something within me, and I knew I had found my calling. From that moment on, I was hooked, diving heart-first into this fulfilling work.
Birth work is more than just a profession to me—it’s a profound opportunity to support individuals as they transform into families, guiding them toward empowerment and the realization of their innate strength. Witnessing these moments of courage and connection fills my heart and fuels my passion for this journey.
As someone who finds solace and inspiration in nature, I’ve always been drawn to the calmness of the great outdoors and the thrill of adventure. My family and I spend much of our time hiking, camping, and exploring—activities perfectly suited for my three amazing little boys, who keep me on my toes and gift me fresh perspectives each day.

I bring a non-biased perspective to support you and your birthing choices and provide information to support you in making the best decisions for you, and a nurturing listening ear when you are needing a shoulder to lean on.
